How We Do Things Differently?
We go about operating our carpet cleaning business very differently from other Long Beach companies and that is a very good thing. Here are just a few of the Cross Country benefits.
- We use the manufacturers recommended method.
A lot of companies are offering dry carpet cleaning because the equipment is cheaper and it allows them to use scare tactics to market their business. This method is not very effective unless you clean your carpet on a weekly basis. It lacks the ability to remove large amounts of soil which is why manufacturers recommend and even require steam cleaning. We steam clean your carpet.
- We use highly trained cleaning technicians.
Most companies like to hire kids off the street, give them a few hours training and send them off to work. They are still learning when they are cleaning your carpet. Our cleaners by comparison are independent technicians with a minimum of five years of cleaning experience. Experience counts in this business just like in most businesses.
- We use the best cleaning machines available.
When you have your carpet steam cleaned, you need to have a company that uses the best equipment available and that is truck mounted machinery. Not every company in Long Beach uses them because they are expensive but they let us clean your carpet better with more heat, water flow and vacuum power. In addition, they will get your carpet cleaned in just a fraction of the time.
- We do not cheat you.
This means that we have fair pricing with no hidden charges or fees. You might see a lower price advertised but check the fine print for hidden fees. Our prices include everything needed for a cleaning with no surprise fees.
